In order to form a group list and issue documents for visiting the Exclusion Zone at the Chernobyl NPP, it is necessary to submit the following documents in advance for each member of the group
1) Name and surname
2) Serial and Passport number
3) Date of birth (format - 01.01.1901)
4) Citizenship
The data are submitted in advance for 3-4 Sundays before the scheduled date of the visit to the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant.
